Exclamation I am hoping someone can shed some light....lump/pregnancy HELP!

I hope someone can shed some light on this for me.
First, I am 22 weeks pregnant.
At my 9 week prenatal check up (and all regular girlie checkups before) there was nothing found when I had a breast exam.
At 11 weeks pregnant, I noticed one.....sometimes it was hard to find, but it was there. MY PCP sent me in for an u/s to see it, but didnt seem alarmed because of the pregnancy.
At the u/s i was 13 weeks pregnant , and the Dr. did an exam after the u/s, and told me she thinks its just pregnancy related and to come back for another u/s in 3 months.
My OB did a breast exam at 15 weeks, just to see what was going on....and didnt seem alarmed, but suggesteda breast exam at each prenatal appt.
At my last appt, a week and a half ago, i was 21 weeks, he noticed it was bigger....so have I. It went from not being able to feel it, to be a lot more pronounced, and quite a bit larger. So tomorrow I go for an evaluation with a surgeon.....
I am quite concerned about this...both of my breasts of course are sensitive due to the pregnancy, but my right one is a bit more sore......
My OB said straight up he doesnt think its cancer, but wants another opinion because he doesnt know WHAT it is. I was under the assumption that it was growing because my breasts are still growing....
But my question is, does anyone know what I should expect tomorrow? They say they want to do a biopsy......i think I am more afraid of a needle going into my breast, than anything, as they aer already sensitive and painful at times.....But what are the chances that it is malignant? I have been doing a little reading, and the signs point to benign....since it literally popped up when my breasts started growing more, and is growing with my breasts....but naturally, I'm quite nervous about this.
Has anyone else experienced anything similar due to pregnancy or maybe weaning off of BF? I am desperate for any help, so far I have posted about this on other boards, and have gotten NO response....I am hoping someone here can shed some light on this for me.

Today is the 11th. Have you seen your surgeon? What was said? If they opted for the biopsy ask me for information on how one is performed. I can put you at ease. In the meantime, I hope you are well.
