dense normal fibroglandular tissue

i got my mammmogram result yesterday and it shows that a dense normal fibroglandular tissue is seen of both breast with no abnormal shadowing...can someone explain this to me pls..is there a posibility that they will require me for surgery???
im 28 years old,have one child,,last 2yrs they found a small cyst on my left breast but im having every 6months check up..last week only they found out that i have 2 also in my right breast..
