I think it would be very wise to this biopsied in some way. Your doctor is right to be concerned. Having no relatives with breast cancer is no guarantee you will escape breast cancer. I had no relatives either side who have even had cancer. I had breast cancer 5 years ago.
There is no way anyone can tell what this is without a biopsy to look at this on a cell level. It will probably turn out to be nothing but if it is breast cancer.... you want to catch it as soon as possible. Take care, Sharon
