so many breast/lumps/cysts
Hi Ive been told before by my doc that I have lumpy breasts /fibrocystic breasts. I get them checked regularly by my doctor however when I self examine them I seem to find so many more squishy lumps/gristly bits even up into my armpits. I suffer from anxiety anyway so this justs makes me so much worse.

I have major anxiety issues and I also have lumpy/ bumpy breasts, so I understand what you are saying. I can't do self-exams because I stress myself out and then I have to go to the doctor. Luckily, my doctor/NP are so accomodating about seeing me. I have a clinical exam done twice a year, once at my GYN checkup and once before my mammogram (each appointment is 6 months apart).
