 Radiation Effects
I had radiation treatment in 2004 for breast cancer. I have always been in good health, but after my treatment, it seems I now have less energy and have recently begun to notice that my finger and toenails are sort of crumbling. A tooth recently chipped for an unknown reason. My bones (shoulders, hips, back) are aching daily. Not my joints, but the bones themselves. Pain that developed in the breast and ribs that received the radiation never stopped. The breast pain recently increased. I will be visiting an oncologist at the suggestion of my doctor. Has anyone experienced these symptoms?
