Hi, I've had a dull pain on my laft side, pelvic area for about 6 months.I nver really thought that much about it because its not a stabing pain, just dull and tender.I'm scheduled for a pelvic ultrasound on Fri.I don't really have any other symptoms just being tierd all the time and some times I get "light flashes", flickers of light.When I was 19 weeks preg. with my four child I had an ultrasound (on Nov. 01) which showed the baby and a small cyst.I never thought any more about the cyst, my Dr said they usually go away.I was so focused on the baby that I forgot all about it until I had my pap smear 1 week ago.I told my Dr what was going on and she reminded me of the cyst.Has anyone had similiar symptoms?Thanks for reading this-Robin

I had a dull ache in my lower left abdomen. I had a pelvic ultrasound and it revealed an ovarian cyst. I took birth control pills to dissovle it... it worked, but I'm still on the pills to keep them from coming back. Women also get cysts while on the pill also, so don't worry if you're currenly taking it, and still have a cyst.

I took 2 months supply of pills went an had another ultrasound POOF gone. Yeah!!that was easy. I wish every health problem had a magic pill.
