 I need advice please
I was wondering if it is normal to have an abnormal smear result following getting my cervix froze. It all started a year ago with my doc finding an area on my cervix he was concerned about, although my smear result was normal he sent me to a gyno to get it checked, they took a biopsy and it came back mild dysplasia, since then i have had 4 smears, may was normal,august was abnormal(ASGUS) so he decided to freeze my cervix, since then i have have had 1 smear and it came back abnormal again (ASGUS), i was wondering if i should be concerned or if anyone else has had this happen? My sisterinlaw says i should be getting a second opinion, and on the other hand i read stuff that says mild dysplasia is really no that serious, so not really sure how concerned i should be at this point.
