Hi,, I to have had severe lower pain and alll the symptoms you seem to have, I was in so much pain the other night that they did an scan on my abdoman and found a ovarian cyst, I have had these symptoms for many months now and thought I had a kidney stone, they said I was going to have surgery to remove it, so I feel your pain, Just do what your gyno says and I am sure everthing will be ok. Stay strong!
