Pap --> Colpo --> LEEP ... starting all over again?

Hi everyone,

I'm really just looking for some insight/comfort with all of this. I'm 21 and just had my first pap last July - I know, I'm bad! Pap results came back abnormal and at first, I was told it was HGSIL. Went through the colpo proceudre and my results came back moderate. Went through the LEEP procedure and my results came back low. This month, I went back for my first 3 month checkup pap and my results came back abnormal AGAIN. The doctor said it was low grade/rule out high grade. I'm healthy - I've been taking vitamins more frequently, getting into working out and I don't smoke! Can anyone give me some insight into what's going on with my body?!
