| Cone Biopsy Question - Need Help!!

I had a Cone procedure and everything seemed fine, no bleeding, mild pain. Wednesday had some blood and called doc, they said thats fine as long as its not severe. Today (Friday) still have brown discharge but now I noticed it has an awful smell. I called the doctor again and they said that I should not be too concerned.
Im very worried this could be an infection... has anyone else experienced this?
I do not have a fever, some mild stomach pain and the discharge is not alot, but it is brown and the smell is HORRIBLE!!
Please help. It is the weekend and if I go in to see them it would have to be through emergency and would probably have to wait several hours... I thought they would just prescribe prescription over the phone as precaution but they would not do that. I'm very nervous and getting myself all upset every time I think about this.
