So, for the last year I've been having abnormal paps, biopsies, ECC's. Now, for the last few months, my periods have been weird and I'm on the pill. One month, it started early, then the next month, I didn't have one. The month after that, I had one but it was way lighter than normal. Yesterday morning, like almost every Sunday morning, my Fiancee and I had sex. Afterwards, I was bleeding. It was really bright red and only lasted a couple of hours.Alot of times, after sex, I cramp like really bad. To the point where I'm slouched over. I'm fine now. Should I call my dr and let him know that? I go in a week for a colposcopy, should I just wait til then? Thanks...
You should be okay to wait until your colposcopy appointment, if it's just next week. But to put your mind at ease, it wouldn't hurt to give your doctor a call, just to make him or her aware of what is going on.
From what you describe with the irregular periods, that seems to be a hormonal problem. How old are you, if you don't mind my asking. I know that when I was in my late 30's, my periods were really irregular, in part from peri-menopause, and in part from uterine fibroids.
As for the bleeding after sex, that might be a concern, particularly with the abnormal Pap tests. It's good you're having a colpo next week, just to be on the safe side.

It happened again last night. It wasn't as bad, but still happened. There was actually a dull pain afterwards too. Like where my ovaries are. I called the Dr. back and is waiting for a return call. They said if it happened again to call them. I'm really scared. If I have to wait all weekend for Monday to find out what's going on, I'm going to go crazy!!!
