| Leep procedure, what to expect
My 20 year old daughter was diagnosed with Ais, she is scheduled for a LEEP on July 18th. The doctor has said this procedure may get rid of the cells for a while, but most likely will come back and eventually she will have to have a hysterectomy. She has suggested that my daughter, if she wants children, that she should think about doing so, the sooner the better. Easier said then done. She is a non married college student, who had no plans of being a mother this soon. She would love to have children some day, but not now. The doctor has stated that she can have more than 1 LEEP, if the cells reappear. My question, I guess is, how urgent is it for her to have a child?
