LSIL/HPV-- unambigous examinations??

I was diagnosed with HPV and later CIN1 two years ago in Europe. Dr there 'burned' the displasia with electro-somtehing. Later, tests here in the U.S. confirmed HPV, then LSIL. Then subsequent tests (pap smear) resulted negative. then again positive for LSIL. was asked to go for a second biopsy but had to postpone because of pregnancy. first pap-smear post-partum (4 months ago) resulted negative.

Occasionally I feel a stinging pain above and close to the pubic bone. my Dr. sucks but my insurance does not allow me to go somewhere else. what other tests besides pap smears and biopsy should I ask my Dr. for? would appreciate any insight into this. thank you. A.
