The diagnosis on my lab report is "severe dysplaia" and in another place it says "high grade".
1) My doc said "good thing it's not in situ". Isnt' severe dysplasia and in situ synonymous?
2) I wonder why the diagnosis is labelled as "severe" when they report areas of CIN 1 and CIN 11...
3) Since the margins were not clear, and there was CIN II seen way up on top of cone, isn't it possible that it has become cancer further up?
SOME ONE PLEASE ANSWER!
