Adenocarcinoma in situ in cervix

Hi, I'm a 29 yo and was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma in situ earlier this year. My cone biopsy showed my margins where not clear. But subsequent pap came back normal. In my recent gyn follow up, doc said that I will eventually need a hysterectomy because of the type of cell (lesions) Also during this visit, doc said the cone biopsy caused cervix to heal and close. Now I'm scheduled for a 'colposcopy' where doc will cut open cervix to get scraping sample from deeper in my cervix.

I am not finding any info on the 'usual' treatment of this. Does hysterectomy have to be the answer? Should I get a second opinion? Should I do the colposcopy? It was very painful the first time.
