CIN I after Cone Biopsy

Hi all. I'm 23 and was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma in situ in September of 2011 after a year and a half of abnormal paps and biopsies. I had a cone biopsy done as a result of the AIS diagnosis. I just had my first follow up appointment after having the cone, and the low-grade dysplasia/CIN I is back again. Has this happened to anyone else? Has it progressed back into AIS?

I'm really frustrated with this whole process and really just want a trachelectomy at this point so I don't have to keep getting biopsies every 6 months. Does anyone know if a doctor will perform a trachelectomy with only mild dysplasia?
