confusing ultrasounds

Hi there.

12 weeks ago I had a vaginal ultrasound that showed 5 cm cysts on both ovaries. I was told they were complex, no evidence of fluid. I just had a followup ultrasound and they are now saying that the cysts have both grown to 6cm, but are simple. Is is possible for complex cysts to become simple? The vaginal ultrasounds were done at two different clinics, could one simply be wrong? I have been unable to find anything about complex cysts becoming simple. Any thoughts would really be apprecieated!
