Cold knife cone reselts.

Can anyone explain these results to me.

A. Cold knife cervical cone: Cervical transformation zone with high grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL)/CIN3. Extent: portions of 12-3, 3-6 and 9-12 o'clock quadrants. Endocervical margin (where visualized): positive for HSIL (12-3 o'clock quadrant). Ectocervical margin (where visualized): negative for HSIL. B. Endocervical curettage: Fragments of endocervical tissue and proliferative endometrium. No squamous intraepithelial lesion (SIL) appreciated.
