How accurate are colonoscopies?
How accurate are colonoscopies? And is it possible to miss a polyp?

Very accurate, and not by a competent GI Specialist. The only other way is if you did NOT completely clean yourself out, but if that were the case, he/she would have helped that during the procedure with some fluid, or told you to redo the evacuation and procedure.
