I have to remind you that many problems with how we feel can be alleviated simply by eating and drinking right. You may be having a problem getting back to yourself after the pregnancy. Knowing you have to do something and actually doing it are two different things. It takes a force of will to make yourself change. I have low thyroid and sometimes i have forgotten my pills when going out of town. This means that I feel low down, am irritable and just don't feel like doing ANYTHING. I recognize the symtoms and why I have them and I can, if I really force myself, actually do the tasks I am supposed to do and hold my tongue when people annoy me(which is always when I don't get my pills

)
Get some fresh air, don't buy chips or chocolate bars this week and drink water or juice or tea, if you want fast food go to "Subway"(you are American right?).
Try it for a week, then set your goal for another week.
