| 28 pill prep for colonoscopy?
Last Sunday I did the colyte. OMG it was a horrible night. It took me 7 hours and I didnt even finish the bottle!! The next day my colonoscopy got cancelled due to an episode of tachycardia I had. My regular DR told me to ask the gastro for the pills instead. Oh yay why they dont offer that in the first place I dont know.
What should I expect from them? There is at one point in the regimen where I take a 4 hour break and then take some more. The last dose at 9:15pm. How long after that last dose will I still be going. I really would rather avoid having to wake up to go. And I dont want to lose sleep I haven't been getting much anyway. So if I am off work and someone is helping me with the kids it would be nice to get to sleep at about 10pm. But that doesnt seem possible with the pill schedule. How was the prep with the pills for you if you did it?
