| high folate in blood analysis
I have had a colon cancer surgery a few months back. I also has thyroid nodules for the last 12 years. Until before surgery I had excellent blood results. My first post surgery (four months after surgery) blood test showed:
high folate >2100 NMOL/L
White blood cell count is 2.7 X10 9/L
TSH <0.05 MU/L
Hemoglobin 104 G/L
Ferritin 8 UG/L
her Zinc 9.7 UMOL/L
I would appreciate a response from anyone that might have a similar experience or has the knowledge of what the results should be and why they are low or very high as in folate. Thanks in advance.
