Gingersnapp

I just had my first colonoscopy last week. I am only 30, with a family history of colon cancer. I ended up in awful pain right in the middle of the procedure, and by awful, I mean crying out in pain and sending me into body shakes. I dont remember the rest of the procedure. However, the next day I had severe lower back pain that didnt go away with tylenol. There was blood in my stool (which I had expected was from the removal of a large benign polyp). Then I ended up with a fever of 99.3. I went back to the doctor and he gave me some antibotics for a "bladder infection". Although i have had several bladder infections, I was not peeing frequently nor did I have a burning sensation. I am more worried that maybe my colon has been punctured in the procedure. Almost a week later, I still have lower back pain and have been on a liquid only diet as per my doctor. Is this normal? Help! I dont want to be a hypochondriac
