 Help!
Hi I am 27 and my 58 year old mom has been diagnosed with colon cancer with liver metastasis about a year ago. She has had the colon cancer surgically removed, folfox and evastin chemotherapy and a right liver resction. 3 months after the surgery a pet scan revealed 3 more spots in the liver... On lhs. She is now in ICu following a second resection.... Bad news... One of the lesions was lying on a vein son they cldnt remove it! Now they say she must recover, have more chemotherapy and have a third resection! I am so devastated and don't know how to cope.... Any advice or help for me and how I can motivate her to get well knowing in a few months she will be in the same place but even weaker after chemotherapy.
