For the last couple of months I have been having pain in my left lower abdomen close to the hipbone. it normally happens with sudden jarring movements or doing pushups or pullups. Also, in the mornings I have an upset stomach and a constant urge to go number 2, when I go the pressure is relieved for a few hours then the urge to go comes back. Does this sound simlialr to anybody else? I am convinced I can feel a lump on my stomach near my hipbone but when I showed the doctor he said he didn't feel anything different compared to the other side.

Did you ever find out why the pain? I have the same thing.

Hi,
I had similar pain and a change in my Bowels.
A Colonoscopy revealed Diverticulitis. What did your Dr recommend or what treatment was prescribed.
I often get pain on the left hand side and feel like there is a bulge of air in that side.
See if your Dr would recommend further tests.
