Almac13 Newbie (male) Join Date: Jun 2011 Location: Hayward, California, USA Posts: 6	Worried I was diagnosed with gastritis about 3 months ago due to stomach pain and burning in the lower esophogus. Recently I started feeling very bloated, I go back oand forth from constipation to loose stools and I have stomach cramps. I am 43 years old and I am afraid I may have colon cancer. I have an appointment with the GI doctor in 2 weeks but each day is mentally painful.
