| I might have a very large tumor in my colon.

I am new to the forum. I am having some GI problems for about four years. Constipation , alot of gas , narrow stool , color changes in stool.I have been told that I have IBS as many people were told.My GI doctor told me "having colon cancer at my age is unlikely ". I was 34 at the time now I am 38.
During last four years , I only had blood works , whole abdomen ultrasonografi , pelvic MRI but no colonoscopy.
2 weeks ago , I was checking my self. So I felt a solid mass under my right rib cage. It is quite large one.It was mobile. Sometimes I felt that near my stomach , sometimes near my belly button. That is why I thought It is something in the colon. I rushed to my doctor and made him feel the mass. So he ordered a CT scan for all abdomen.I am going to have the results tomorrow.He will order a colonoscopy depending on CT scan result.
Do you think , could a tumor in a colon be felt easly by hand. Have you heard /experienced something like that.
