blood when I wipe once but not the second time
I get a prostate exam each year but this year a new doctor was quick and rough. He pronounced my prostate fine but a couple of times a week I see bright red blood when I wipe.
Radio Catheter ablation a year ago with pain in the groin area that got bad enough to require the use of Tramadol to be able to sit and work.
After denying complication from the Catheter ablation from my heart doctor. (It was for atrial fibrillation), I went to see the urologist who said I might have epidydimis because of where I thought the pain was radiating from. (my right testicle.)
My colonoscopy at 54 was completely clear. After two rounds of anti-biotics the pain was better so I'm assuming it was scar tissue or coincidental to the rough prostate exam.
It first showed up when I started using sienna ( a laxative my PCP recommended) After a few days is when it actually started. I now eat shredded wheat for regularity.
I'm thinking it's hemorroidial bleeding since it stings usually when I first start to push the feces out.
Since I'm on coumadin, I guess I'm more prone to bleeding with this.
Which doctor should I see and am I thinking along the right lines.
