Alright, so I was diagnosed with hemorrhoids about 2 months ago. I just recently started using a sitz bath (2 days ago) to try and alleviate them. Now, I'm worried because since last Sunday I've experienced blood during every stool I've passed. Not in the actual stool per-say, but a few drops into the bowl after passing one, and then when wiping there is blood on the paper. More than a few streaks too, usually takes like 5-7 tissues to remove the blood..After this last one there is a kind of stinging sensation that's lasted for a little, it was more painful right after the stool but I took a sitz bath and so it isn't too bad, just a little noticeable.
Anyways, I have a doctors appointment for the 25th, but I've been reading up on the symptoms and now I'm worried about cancer..
. Does anyone have any input on this? It's day 5 now and I'm pretty worried!
