| In the hospital and have a question
Hi everyone,
This is my first thread and i joined this evening to ask for your help. I was admitted to the hospital yesterday morning with severe abdominal pain. A cat scan revealed "a focal mural thickening within the mid transverse colon" and in conclusion "Suspect colonic mass..." I have spent the evening drinking the prep, and will have my colonoscopy in the morning. My CEA level came back normal. I'm just concerned because my son has severe refractory crohns and underwent an autogulous bone marrow transplant last year, he relapsed, and we are about to start an allogenic (donor) bone marrow transplant for him. I am a single mom and am concerned because he needs me. Your (experienced) thoughts would be much appreciated. Have any of you heard of this before?
Thank you for your time.
Farrah
