Does the size or visual features of a colon polyp relate to propensity for cancer development?

I'd say the bigger it is, the longer it has had to grow, the more time it has had to grow the greater the chance it has to turn cancerous. That's about all I know.

Had one removed that was as long as my pinkie, it was not tubvolvillous andenoma though. It's a good question for your doctor though.

It doesn't matter how big they can be or small, either can be cancerous.
