Hello everyone,
Last two months about once a week, usually lasts all day, I get many strong, very unpleasant gases and have a stool 2-3 times that day. Stool is harder in the beginning but later softened. Also I had a stool that appeared as if it "blows up" at the start and then it is normal.Did not have any blood in stool so far that I could notice. Until this summer, I have been, for the past year and a half, a vegan, but I was forced by circumstances to begin eating meat, cheese, etc.. Is it possible that this is the cause for my stomach reactions?
Yesterday I had gas all day and stool in the morning 2 times. I felt I could still go the toilet, but refrained because I was so exhausted from first two. I was very fatigued, all day spent in bed .. This is the first time I was very fatigued from this. Had another symptom - went to urinate 1 to 2 times per hour all day and had not much fluid to drink??
Night before I had 4 whiskey's some salami, cheese, red pepper. Could it be that I am sensitive to some sort of food.
For the past few years I've had an chronic infection, inflammation of the prostate, which is hard to cure and it usually occurs in the winter ..The symptoms that I have now are similar to that - pressure lower abdomen, pee more often, but not gases...
Today I feel better, went to bathroom this morning and that seamed fine. I feel less fatigued but pressure and sometimes small cramp on the right side of lower abdomen remains.
There are 2 weeks before my first marathon after 25 years and this would be a real bummer..

Currently I am residing in Bosnia and dont have health insurance here. I will have to pay for all the exams which doesn't make me happy..all that after I find a proper specialist
Any cause for concern?
