| All symptoms but no visible sign of bleeding
Has anyone on here had all the signs of colon cancer, the years of thinking I had IBS, the change in bowel habits, the stomach pain, diarrhea for weeks, lower back ache, fatique and weakness and not see visable signs of bleeding. I think over the course of the last few months I've seen a little on my tissue that I attributed to hemmroids. I've done the ocult test, waiting for the results but I'm trying to figure out if it comes back negative do I still ask for a colonoscopy, I just feel like something isn't right. I am almost 49 and only family history I know of is my mother (who is deceased) having precancerous polyps. My CBC came back ok, but my ferritin was 8 and iron level was 26 and B-12 at 193. What do you suggest?
