I had a vericocele in the testicle all my life. at age 30 I had the surgry done. it when well no time in the hospital day surgry. they cut in the pubic area real low and no scarring. My sex life is better than ever. at your age have it done now. no pain back to work the next day. It does not have anything to do with your kidneys. the only discomfort I hade was the testicle is like a bag of worms, I wear breif underwear and the testicle would hang out the leg of my underwear. and it was embaressing in the shower rooms. they make the cut low and pull the veins up into you tummy and tack them down. I have no problems ever now my testicle are normal. let me know what you think i have been through this. my testicles are big anyway with a vericocele not pretty.
