| Need some opinions
My brother was having blood in his urine, and went to a urologist who performed a full-body CAT scan and scope to check his prostate.
He went to the doctor today to get his results, and was told that he has a small tumor on his kidney and that he's also bleeding from his prostate. This is what my brother told me, so I can only go on his word.
The doctor didn't seemed too concerned by either issue and in effect, isn't prescribing any treatment.
This seems strange to me. I would think they would at least want to biopsy the tumor and go from there. I'm not sure if my brother is keeping something from me, or if this is no big deal.
Any opinions?
