Nat... Good for you!! what a feet... If you have worries I would suggest a ct scan every year .. as I have read on here.. xrays dont detect small size growths. when I first found this site I was shocked at how many end up getting cancer, and also those who had stopped smoking. I have passed this info. board site to many friends who have found so much good information, and help, and support. I use to whine that if I stopped smoking Id gain weight... My cardiologst told me Id have to gain 90 lbs! to out do to my body what smoking was doing, and with each inhale I was causing little minut scars to the walls inside my heart (like taking a pin and making little scratch marks with it) ..... Again CONGRATULATIONS!!
