Hi Haylee- Thank you for asking. Right now, Scott feels great. It took a few weeks for the chemo to leave his body completely, but since then, he feels wonderful. He sleeping is almost a normal sleep cycle, verses ALL DAY. He is beginning to eat much better, and his energy leve has increased. He does still tire easily, and gets short winded quickly. But, he feels good, and that is what is most important. I am not sure how much time he has, the doctors think they can get a better idea of how fast it is growing in May. BUT- Right now, we are just enjoying our time. We have now been able to do so much, and it has just been a blessing.
Thank you for your kind thoughts. The support makes such a difference.
I to continue to pray for you and your children.
I am so thankful warm weather is here. Clint just began another series of chemo today. My sons wedding last saturday was wonderful, Clint rested 2 days once we arrived in Duluth, So we were able to get through the wedding, and after the dinner danced 4 dances! For many such a simple feet for us Mt. Everest. We now live our life in moments, no longer minutes. I have much to be thankful for.... Please do stay in touch.... Mattie
Thank you all for the thoughts and prayers! So far, everything is still geat. Scott feels good, looks good, eats good, sleeps good and is enjoying daily activities. The only problem is his back, it tends to get stiff quite a bit, his lower back. We are not sure if that is the cancer or not.
What a blessing! I have so much to be thankful for.
I will keep you all posted of any changes. He goes back to the Oncologist on May 11th for tests. I will knwo more at that time.
