Results from a CT Scan

questionable fine reticulonodular pattern in the periphery the lungs, however there are low lung volumes, this may be secondary to atelectasis, though could also represent a reticulonodular interstitial disease or tiny peripheral parenchymal nodules. These measure 1 mm or less in size.

Ok can some please tell me what this means in terms I can understand. I had my thyroid removed in Dec and they found cancer during the surgery, I then had I-131 iodine to help kill the right cells... They did a body scan and found an amorphous uptake in the lung.
