Re: tjr how r u and sis in law?

Things are not great. My sister in law is terrible and there is nothing I can do to help her. If she didnt have children I would say she would have killed herself by now. The pain she is in is so great, she can not function, sleep let alone work. She is off until Novermber or maybe the new year. SHe will be starting a grief group in October and I hope it helps. We all feel helpless and I wish I could say something to her to make her feel better. She cries pretty much all the time and for us it is exhausting too because we try to be there for her and we still have to work so we are driving there and back all the time, which is about 45 minutes.. I wish we lived closer to her. It is a terrible feeling seeing how hurt she is and how helpless we are...

Re: tjr how r u and sis in law?

I am sorry ... Is thier anyone in her social circle that could take up some of the slack for you, so you dont burn out? And can possibly get grief help for yourself? Someone you can talk to and vent with. Its good she is going to reach out to others to slowly heal. Thier are many good places to get support, the hardest part I had was going,I wanted to be alone... I needed my time to greive my way, but with it came isolation and more dispare......I understand the crying, and grief, as I went through that over my mother. I know the feeling of hopelessness, and it is so consuming. Thank God she has children. Ill be thinking of you all. And I will keep you in my prayers. Please do try to rest when you can, and take care of yourself.
