Counting our blessings - Cancer: Lung Message Board

Hello All: I just want to wish you all a very blessed Holiday season. Even in times of grief, there are blessings that we can count. I hope all of us can see the blessings we have each received, and be thankful for them. As for many others, this Holiday season will be most difficult for me. But at the same time, I can look back and count so many things I have to be thankful for. The memories I have are mine forever, not even cancer can take these precious memories from me.

Happy Holidays to all! Treasure every moment, and thank God for them.

I do treasure every moment...I had read your posts when I came to this board when my doctors thought I had lung cancer...after surgery mine is a happy ending...so sorry about your husband. I hope you can find some peace this holiday season...

Mary Ellen- I am glad that your story had a happy ending. I have no doubt, just the fear of knowing you have cancer was a life changing time for you. Just the word "cancer" is enough to put more fear in a person then anyone should ever have to endure. Again, I am REALLY happy that everything worked out good for you!

renee, your a strong person, I admire you.
I to have MUCH to be thankful for, you helped me through so many hard days.. as did others in here,Thank You !!! Just this board is in itself such a "gift".

I am counting every moment that I have with Chazz, this website is another blessing in my life.
