| adenocarcinoma diagnosis
My mother in law was diagnosed with 3rd stage adenocarcinoma today. She had originally had a partial lobe removed of one lung about a year ago. They found another spot about 2 months ago and removed it. They, then biopsied a lymph node and found it too was cancerous. After her meeting with the doctor with the stage 3 adenocarcinoma diagnosis, it was decided she start chemo. Anybody familiar with this type of cancer? My mother in law is a nurse, but I don't know how much info she is willing to share with us. Any feedback would be appreciated.
