She is now at home. She has a hospital bed set up in the living room. She continues to be on the feeding tube. The doc said that if she does not get off the tube in 3 weeks he wants to put it in her side. She has lost her ambition to do her excercises to stregnthen her throat muscles so she can eat by mouth. She takes about 10 minutes to get her breath back after she goes to the rest room. She is now on 4 liters of ox. My brother in law says he can hear her bad bad breathing at night through the walls. The doc said she should make it through her sons 16th on May 14. They say she should make it through early summer. All they are doing now is pain management. I am reading "Final Gifts" it has been a big help. She has not really talked with anybody about how she is feeling about dying. My big problem is that I cry but I have not really let go yet.
