restepestep Newbie Join Date: Sep 2003 Location: Weston,Tx USA Posts: 3	iressa I am new to this site. I am curious if any one has experience with the drug Iressa. My Mom started 3 weeks ago as her first line of treatment. They feel she is too frail for radiation or Chemo. Has any one had improvement on this medicine? She has had pretty severe diarrhea but not any other side effects. How will I know whether it is really working. Also it is so expensive- she has to be on it every day for as long as she lives. This is a great site!
