Post a new question about pain

Here's a new question for anyone who can answer. I have posted earlier about my Dad who is 85 with 2 lung nodules. We are still waiting for the biopsy results.
For about the last month to 6 weeks, he has been having very severe pain on his right side (nodules on right lung) at approx. his beltline, seeming to extend downward toward the groin area. He is hospitalized now for a severe attack of this side pain. The doctor on duty thinks it could be from his lungs. They are checking gall bladder too. The pain has been very intermittent, but seems awfully low to be from the lungs. Can anyone offer any insight?
Thanks, Madison

Of course this is only a suggestion---- my dad also had severe pain on both sides lower back and abdomen and eventually his urination became very slow and difficult. It turned out that his lung cancer had spread to his adrenal glands and literally killed one of them (there are 2) so that nothing except necrotic (dead) tissue was left - so make sure they check that out. Good luck - lots of prayers!
