Mother in law had lung surgery yesterday.she had the left upper lobe removed and lymph nodes. We will get results on lymph nodes today. she did well through surgery, remember she's 78....100 pounds....the incision was longer than I thought. WOW....she slept most of the day. Except when they would wake her up to do breathing exercises and change bedding from side tube leakage. she looks so helpless. I hope today is better for her. She was sick to her stomach all evening. On my way back to hospital.......any input is appreciated.....this is all new to us!!
