Post thoracotomy neuropathy

I had lung cancer diagnosis with lower third of my left lung resected and have suffered with post thoracotomy neuropathy for 3 1/2 years. Anyone out there suffered that long or longer? I've had 11 intercostal nerve injections, use a TENS device, wear lidocain patches and also have found something called
