Anyone who suspects they may have a lung problem should consult a physician. That said, let me say that I had no pain or any other symptom when they found my lung cancer on a routine x-ray. I had surgery to remove a lobe of my right lung and was declared cancer free and needing no further treatment. Then about 6 months later I developed severe pain in my lower back and an MRI showed that my lung cancer had spread to my bones and my liver. So the point of telling you all this is to let you know that everyone is different in how cancer manifests itself. I, for example, have never had lung pain.
One thing that is for sure: a positive attitude means a lot when it comes to fighting any disease. And sitting around supposing and wondering and having foregone conclusions when you have no facts is one of the worst things you can do.
