billyray549 Newbie (male) Join Date: Aug 2010 Posts: 1	problems with spiriva My friend, who has lung cancer, uses spiriva to keep him breathing and his oxygen count up. the problem is, it constipates him something terrible and causes him extreme pain and discomfort. Does anyone know what he can do to alleviate this condition? Surely he is not the only one who has had this problem. Someone please help. Thanks, Billy Ray
