R5555 Junior Member (male) Join Date: Jun 2005 Posts: 13	Oral cancer? there's a small lump on the floor of the mouth between the teeth and the soft spot under the tongue, it feels "moveable" like you can push it up and down with the tongue, it moves with the skin. I don't notice any discoloration or patches, and it's not noticeable, but does this sound like oral cancer or a tumor?
