Re: oral cancer - symptoms
My husband was diagosed with oral cancer in the fall of 2006. His was located more near his tonsils. He had been having headaches, he couldn't open his mouth very wide at times and felt like he had a knife stuck in his throat. After being treated for allergies, they finally found out what it was. He is fine now, but I think alot has to do with catching this sort of cancer early. You really should go and have it checked out just to be sure and if it were to be that, get a second opinion before doing anything. As far as the insurance, that is the last thing you need to worry about. I don't know what your income is, but we did have insurance and what balances we have the doctors and hospitals have been very good with working with us, considering my husband didn't work for 11 months. If your income is below a certain level, most will adjust or do away with any balance due. Good Luck.
